Many colleagues at a conference on the Lido were unhappy w hotels. Cipro was clean comfortable friendly staff
The room for 4 person was beautiful!
The hotel was very well located. Only a 5 mins walk to the taxi boat to Venice. But it also had it own restaurants and shops, if you wanted to avoid the Venice crazyness.
The locaction was nicely positioned between the beach and transport to the mainland. The facilities were good, room clean and appropriately sized and breakfasts more than sufficient.
They let us take breakfast to our room because our daughter was still asleep. They also helped us to find our next hotel and ordered a taxi from the airport too. I really wished we could stay there longer.
The position is nice with many nice restaurants and two supermarkets around. The room is ok, clean enough.Good breakfast.
The city tax for a 3 star hotel is 2.4eruo per person so you need to canculate this to the total amout. In winter it is a little cold inside. Beds are soft.
The location of the hotel is perfect for getting into Venice on the water bus only a 5 minute walk up a nice shady shopping street the free beach is the same distance the other way.The bathroom actually had a bath which was ideal after a long hard day walking around Venice. The breakfast was good with meats ,cheese ,eggs ,cereal, fruit ,eggs and the usual selection of breads and jams. There is a nice little shady terrace where you can breakfast or have a quiet drink before going out for a meal at the many pizzzarias nearby. An excellent break wish we could have stayed longer
The towels were very strange they were more like sheets but they did dry you.I Would have liked tea making facilities in the room also
A quiet localization near the seaside of the Lido island. Bars and good restaurants in vicinity. 15 min walking from Palazzo del Cinema, 5 min walking from the boat to S.Marco (in 10 min) and Marco Polo airport (45 min). A good relation quality-price.
The wi-fi did not work on my laptop.
The rooms were small but cosy, towels changed every day and bedding every other day. Staff were friendly and the hotel is in a good position for venice and the beach.
Pillows were a little hard but not too much of a problem.
Very nice hotel in an excellent position, 200m from the beach, 2 mins to good choice of restaurants, also ideal as you can get away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. And sit outside in comfort without feeling like the world is watching over your shoulder. Also the food and drink prices are much cheaper than in venice.
We stayed here as a family of five, 2 teenage boys and our 8 year old daughter. Brilliant place to stay, Immaculate and clean, welcoming and constantly friendly staff, and always helpful. The breakfast is great, and plenty to choose from. We had two rooms, one with a nice balcony, and there is an outside area to sit, with drinks from the bar, We visited in November,so never got to enjoy the outside facility, as a bit chilly, but it was all still available. Grea location, 5 mins to the beach ! and a lovely short walk past the shops and cafes to the water bus, plenty of eating places near by,,,cheaper than over in venice to eat, and very Italian. If it meats the budget arrive by water taxi, its amazing......great place to stay,,,,just lovely.....
Hotel Villa Cipro is situated in a comfortable place in the center of Lido, not far from the boat stop and beach. We'll offer it to all our friends because it's clean, warm with excellent rich breakfast. But the thing that we'll never forget about our stay in the villa is the friendly relations between the staff and the guests, the smiles on their faces.
I surely recommend to stay at the hotel
Great price for Venice.
- Check in late at night, my passports was token by the reception and kept for one night. Normally, no one has the right to take and keep the customers' passport. - No free wifi
Me and my friend we are really satisfied with this hotel! It looks better than the pictures, staff is very nice, room is not very big but very comfortable and clean，the most important, the breakfast is great, with a lot of choices, which gives us a very good mood at the beginning of the day.Just 5 mins walk to the beach, I think living in lido is much more comfortable than the main land.
We can hear the neighbor clearly, and wifi is not for free. And the room is a little bit cold in the night.
